Demonstrators 'sorry' after Hong Kong airport protests turn violent, delay flights

HONG KONG — Protesters in Hong Kong on Wednesday apologized to vacationers who ignored their flights after 1000’s of demonstrators stormed the town’s world airport and clashed with police.

Airways had been looking to transparent a backlog of greater than 200 flights as commonplace products and services resumed.

“It’s not our aim to motive delays in your travels and we don’t wish to motive inconvenience to you,” a bunch of protesters mentioned in a commentary launched on a Telegram channel. “We ask on your working out and forgiveness as younger other people in Hong Kong proceed to combat for freedom and democracy.”

In addition they mentioned they had been sorry that some demonstrators become “simply agitated and overreacted.”
