F1 cancels all Saturday running due to Typhoon Hagibis

SUZUKA, Japan (Reuters) – Organisers of Japan’s Formulation One Grand Prix have canceled all follow and qualifying classes scheduled for Saturday because of the manner of Storm Hagibis.

At the beginning scheduled to happen at three p.m. on Saturday (0600 GMT), the hour-long qualifying consultation that makes a decision the grid order for the race will now be held at 10 a.m. (0100 GMT) on Sunday, consistent with a revised time table issued through organizers.

The general follow consultation, which might generally happen ahead of qualifying, might not be held. The race will pass forward as deliberate at 2:10 p.m. (0510 GMT) on Sunday.
