Ghislaine Maxwell faces new charges as US prosecutors expand criminal case

US prosecutors have expanded their legal case towards British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, unveiling a brand new indictment including fees of intercourse trafficking conspiracy and intercourse trafficking of a minor.

Maxwell, the longtime affiliate of overdue financier Jeffrey Epstein, now faces an eight-count indictment that still accuses her of enabling his sexual misconduct, in addition to perjury.
