Horror Mangaka Junji Ito Talks Silent Hills Involvement

Hideo Kojima’s Silent Hills used to be canceled in March 2015 because of conflicts between Kojima’s crew and writer Konami. Whilst many of the high-profile folks concerned have since introduced their two cents at the matter–including filmmaker Guillermo del Toro (Pan’s Labyrinth, Pacific Rim), who is had some selection phrases for the Jap publisher–horror manga artist Junji Ito not too long ago mentioned his position with the mission.

Ito, whilst on the Toronto Comics Artwork Pageant this previous weekend, used to be requested about his involvement with Silent Hills. His responses come by the use of translation due to Twitter consumer MinovskyArticle.

Even though he won’t have had the chance to give a contribution his signature logo of frame horror to the mission, Ito were given to peer Pacific Rim (at no cost) and sang his middle out with each del Toro and Kojima.

Silent Hills used to be introduced via 2014’s P.T., a brief, unfastened PS4 playable teaser that showed Kojima used to be directing a brand new Silent Hill access along del Toro and starring Norman Reedus (The Strolling Lifeless, The Strolling Lifeless: Survival Intuition) within the lead position.
