Life after burns: ‘I use my scars and pain to help others’

Svetlana Alekseeva was once known as names like “Freddy Krueger” and “Frankenstein” on account of the burns that coated her frame.

When she became 18, she selected the nickname “Charcoal” and moved to Moscow. She now has a large social media following and, in a rustic the place ‘frame positivity’ slightly exists, is the use of her footage to assist others with scars and burns.
