I M Pei used to be the person in the back of many iconic constructions all over the world

I M Pei, the architect in the back of constructions together with the glass pyramid outdoor the Louvre in Paris, has died elderly 102.

Tributes had been pouring in, remembering him for a life-time of designing iconic constructions international.

Pei used to be born in Guangzhou, China in 1917, and moved to the USA at 18 to review at Pennsylvania, MIT and Harvard.

He carried on running smartly into previous age, developing one in all his most famed masterpieces – the Museum of Islamic Artwork in Doha, Qatar – in his 80s.
