A person has been charged with arson and inflicting grievous physically hurt after a police officer suffered critical burns right through an incident in Cornwall.
Blagovest Hadjigueorguiev, 30, is because of seem ahead of Truro magistrates courtroom on Saturday to stand 3 fees, Devon and Cornwall police stated.
