U.S. forecaster sees 90 percent chance of El Niño in winter

(Reuters) – There’s a 90 % probability of the El Niño climate trend rising right through the northern hemisphere iciness 2018-19, a U.S. govt climate forecaster stated on Thursday.

“The reputable forecast favors the formation of a susceptible El Niño,” the Nationwide Climate Provider’s Local weather Prediction Middle (CPC) stated in a per 30 days forecast.
